About the Founder
Hi! My name is Kristin Leitch. I am the principal consultant, founder, and CEO of Arrive L.L.C.
Arrive is a woman-owned consulting firm that specializes in helping Fortune 500 managed healthcare organizations (MCOs) elevate today’s fast-changing health services programs, execute organizational change, and grow in new markets and communities. Using a blend of actionable solutions; proven business and product development strategies, and compelling, compliant proposals, it’s my goal to help your team arrive.
My strong academic and research background includes expertise in women’s health, underserved populations, behavioral health, health equity, and social determinants of health. I have been successful in many roles within healthcare including serving as a clinical operations lead, account executive, proposal manager, and project manager. I also taught sociology and women's studies at The Ohio State University. This experience informs my intuitive and respectful team engagement approaches. Working with your teams, I'll help your leaders focus on who we are serving, what motivates those we are serving, and what value we can bring to improve individual and community health. I am skilled at facilitating productive, creative, and directed process improvement and program development conversations leading to the innovations my clients leverage to grow.
To date I have led and/or participated in over 350 growth projects. In 2023, I was part of diverse growth teams across six different U.S. states and helped those teams engage with and win every program we proposed. I worked with stakeholders in states as nuanced and different as Florida, Indiana, Arizona and Kansas. My largest growth project to date led to the development of a Fortune-ranked MCO’s federal programs business unit, which still operates today. I am a diplomatic, encouraging, optimistic team player who thrives in diverse work environments. I sincerely appreciate the opportujnity to learn more about your business.
